If you are craving Japanese, you cannot go wrong at Ginza. Reservations are highly recommended during peak dinner hours, as waits can easily be between 30 minutes to in excess of an hour.
The sushi rolls, while good, are a bit on the pricey side. You'd do better at Umi Sake House or I Love Sushi.
